Returns and Refund Policy – DrylyPants

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the condition in which you received it, unworn and unused
• Have its original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Make a Return

We will then send you detailed instructions regarding the return address and procedure to follow. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Returns are free of charge.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on promotion
• Gift cards

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and, once the return has been accepted, place a new separate order.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved:

• The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used at the time of purchase
• The refund will be processed within 10 working days
